Cooking Country Ham Slices In Oven
Large but thin slices from the center of the ham.
Cooking country ham slices in oven. Turn the heat down to medium cook on one side for about 2 1 2 minutes turn the slices over and cook 21 2 minutes on the other side. Place ham in a 15x18x2 inch roasting pan or pyrex dish. Baking sliced country ham pre heat oven to 325 degrees. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

Add tsp of butter to the pan and immediately place the slice of country ham down on the butter. Add just a little water.
